Camp 100 will be an extended weekend of action and adventure for Scouts from Boroondara and beyond! There'll be something for everyone in a program packed with new challenges and opportunities, with a focus on fun, teamwork, Outdoor Adventure Skills, and preparing for Jamboree.
Imagine a morning spent paddling on the Yarra River, then an afternoon of abseiling or archery, followed by dinner around the campfire and an evening of entertainment - with a whole new set of activities when you wake up tomorrow! Camping will be in Units and activities will see Scouts participate, assist and lead in Patrols. After four nights immersed in the outdoors, they'll come home with a deeper connection to self, nature, and others.
Camp 100 will be on the AFL Grand Final long weekend, 100 days before AJ2025. Arrive in the evening on Thu, 26 September and head home in the morning on Mon, 30 September.
Join the adventure
We're bringing together an enthusiastic and collaborative team to lead the organisation of Camp 100. As such, we're currently seeking expressions of interest for the following committee roles:
- Activities Lead
- Unit Support Lead
- Admin Lead

In addition to attending the camp, committee members will be involved in meetings and planning in the lead-up to Camp 100.
As part of Scouts' youth-led, adult-supported approach, the Activities Lead role will be held by two Venturers. This is a fantastic opportunity to extend your leadership skills and have fun as part of a team creating an awesome event. It can also become a Special Interest Area project.
Program at a glance
- Thursday: Units arrive in evening
- Friday: Cooking Competition Day (similar in format to usual Cooking Camp), with optional Survivor off-site activity overnight
- Saturday: Activity rotations in morning, Grand Final and other structured free time activities in the afternoon
- Sunday: Activity rotations, Festival, Future Scout Day
- Monday: Units pack up & depart
