Camp 100: Unit Registration

Boroondara District's Camp 100 is a four-night camp at Clifford Park Scout Activity Centre from Thursday, 26 to Monday, 30 September 2024. This form is for Units registering to attend (including all Scouts, Leaders and Adult Helpers who will be camping with you).

Important Information

  • If your Unit's attendance changes at all after registering, please let us know by emailing nick.molnar@scouts.com.au
  • The attendance fee we charge to Units is $55 per person - this cost doesn't include food
  • Camping at Camp 100 is in Units, with each Unit's Leaders responsible for the Scouts in their care, including following the Camp Code of Conduct (though we will have support available for first aid and wellbeing)
  • The Clifford Park attendance sheet must be completed and handed in upon arrival
  • Your Unit will need to have digital access or printed copies of the Operoo profiles (or PIR forms) for all youth and adults camping with you - these don't need to be handed in, but must be available upon request in case any of your attendees require medical care

Registration & Payment Instructions

  • $55.00 for people attending the full event (four nights)
  • $48.50 for anyone attending three nights only
  • $42.00 for anyone attending two nights only
  • $35.50 for anyone attending one night only

Methods of payment: Credit card via Stripe

When selecting the number of people attending, please include all youth members, Leaders and Adult Helpers.

Note that for the form to submit, you must tick the box next to each number of nights. If you have nobody staying for that number of nights, just leave the number in the dropdown as 0. E.g., even if your Unit has nobody staying for 2 nights only, still tick the 2 Nights box and simply leave the number of people as 0.
